This isn’t your typical cookie-cutter training. Each month, we have a full calendar of hands-on training offered by our Technical Development team, as well as educators from Redken, Matrix, Paul Mitchell, and other industry leaders. And best of all, LookAfter pays you to go to training!

We offer classes from beginner to advanced levels. Our classes are developed around our associates’ needs, and if there isn’t a class to aid a specific stylist’s need, our Technical Development team offers one-on-one training.
